A true partnership is how I would describe working with Pepper; there was constant collaboration, so I was always up to date on where my project was and how much it cost, no surprises. I really appreciated the initiative shown, the practical and helpful suggestions:-creative designs and added features made THTI’s site more user friendly and attractive – definitely not a cookie cutter approach to web development. The high level of customer service and support complemented their technical expertise, making Pepper the perfect package.
