Its mantra is that a brand must seek to “own one thing” if it is to differentiate itself in the marketplace.  The new GM said that “Strategy well executed is an expression of what Pepper aspires to be, online and offline.”  As part of its strategy to offer fully integrated campaigns to clients and to be relevant to our clients’ customers, Pepper launched its Digital Marketing arm, Pepper-E.  Led by Aisha Williams, Pepper-E focuses on marketing via New Media channels. Pepper-E aims to create memorable digital media experiences that encourage dialogue between real people and real brands.

As General Manager, Ragbir will be responsible for the operations of the Agency and will continue to be in charge of Account Service for all of Pepper’s clients.  Commenting on her appointment Ragbir said, “I’ve resisted the pull of the big brands and multinationals and have chosen instead to grow with a small and passionate company that has the potential to change the marketing and advertising landscape of T&T and even the wider Caribbean. This new role will be challenging and I am excited to continue the development of our clients’ brands both offline and online and to work with my team members to lead Pepper successfully into the future.”

Since its inception, Pepper’s client base has grown and now represents a broad range of clients in the private and state sectors including:  food and beverages, banking, insurance, paints, automobile, pharmaceutical, education, hardware, health, housing, petroleum and tourism sectors.  Earlier this year, Pepper was appointed Agency of Record by the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, after a competitive pitch and was responsible for its recent re-branding and the design of its new logo and also supported all of their current traditional advertising campaigns and the development of their digital strategy.
